Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or current program with completion date within 2 years.
• Current, valid and active California RN license.
• Minimum one year of nursing management experience.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from The American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations for the assigned nursing unit and ensure delivery of high quality patient care.
• Direct care and supervision of nursing staff in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
• Develop systems and procedures for daily operations and provide training and support to achieve objectives.
