Job summary

Idaho Milk Products is seeking a Night Shift Milk Hauler to responsibly collect raw milk from owner dairies, transport to Jerome plant, and unload for processing. You will drive a 12-hour night route, load/unload, and ensure accurate paperwork while maintaining equipment and safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a clean driving record, strong teamwork and communication, plus knowledge of dairy industry operations and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record.
• Good communication and interaction skills.
• Knowledge of commercial driving best practice efficiencies.
• Strong teamwork, safety, reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class customer service as an ambassador for Idaho Milk Products in the field.
• Collect milk from patron dairies and deliver to processing plant and other plants as needed.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Fill manifests, barn cards, and other paperwork accurately.
• Clean inside and outside of truck and trailer.
• Measure and sample milk accurately.
• Maintain all equipment properly.
• Ensure compliance with USDA and DOT guidelines.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe activities.
