Job summary

Activate Group is seeking a Night Shift MET Technician to join our Activate Accident Repair (AAR) network. You will carry out estimates, remove damaged components for repair or paint, and refit parts to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

The role emphasizes quality, adherence to repair times, and accurate record-keeping. We value clear communication, sound decision-making, and strong health and safety awareness.

• Relevant industry experience and time served as a repair technician.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the work detailed in the estimate, removing damaged components from the vehicle ready for repair or paint work.
• Refit repaired or replacement components, restoring the vehicle to pre-accident condition.
• Deliver the highest standard of quality on every job.
• Achieve manufacturer and/or estimated repair times.
• Report all faults and defects noticed while working on vehicles.
• Accurately recording all components, materials and consumables used.
