Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to ensure merchandise is stocked, presented well, and available for sale while leading the overnight team. You’ll manage forklift operations, coordinate with the Merchandising team, and uphold GOLD standards to deliver a premium member experience.

This role requires safety-focused leadership and consistent attendance on overnight shifts. Pay range $20.50 - $25.63 per hour with weekly pay; benefits include health benefits and opportunities

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge with MS Word/MS Excel/Email is required.
• Open to onboarding and training where needed.
• Must maintain all required certifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight merchandising execution with purpose and clear expectations.
• Coordinate staffing and task execution for forklift operators and merchandising teams.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and availability across the sales floor.
