Responsibilities

• Continuous observation of at-risk patients (1:1).
• Establish therapeutic rapport and gain trust.
• Monitor safety and remove hazards and ensure compliance with policies.
• Take vital signs, venipunctures, and/or EKGs as needed.
• Document observations and changes in behavior in medical records.
• Collaborate with RN, Charge RN, and MD.
• Attend staff quality and other mandatory meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned and supports Wellstar policies.
