Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, report changes promptly
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor response, document care
• Provide prompt, compassionate care and respond to patient requests
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, meds, side effects, and follow-up care
