Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) MST for the Central Staffing Office based in Arlington, TX. You will float regionally to support Med-Surg needs, working 36 hours per week on a night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM.

This PRN role does not include full-time or part-time benefits; compensation is listed per hour. The Central Staffing Office coordinates staffing for THR hospitals and regions, with a focus on high-quality patient care and critical thinking.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• CLIAFE - foreign education equivalency required by CLIA regulations.
• Current TX RN licensure or compact licensure required on hire.
• BCLS certification required on hire.
• NIHSS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Responds to safety, physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.
• Honors patient worth through unconditional acceptance.
• Engages family/caregivers in health care situations.
• Assist with assessments and plans of care as part of the team.
• Float throughout the Metroplex as needed to meet staffing needs.
