LiveWell Homecare Agency in Missouri seeks a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in a 16-bed Medical, Med Surg/Ortho unit. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within nursing standards while promoting safety and family-centered care.

Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, and addressing physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• 2+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• No prior experience required, but some clinical exposure is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Med/Surg/Ortho unit following nursing standards.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
