Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a Med Surg/Post Partum RN for a night shift position in Arkansas. Requires 1+ year Med Surg experience and ACLS/BLS/NRP certifications. Travel assignment of 12 weeks with competitive pay and benefits.

Active RN license in AR or a compact state is required, plus a valid SSN and driver’s license. RTO under one week; CHS staff in past 2 years not considered. Night shift 6:45 PM–7:15 AM in a women’s hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (AR or Compact) required.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP (NRP may be completed prior to start if not held at time of consideration)
• 1+ years of recent Med Surg RN experience required.
• Must be comfortable caring for a combined Med Surg and Post Partum patient population.
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment start
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Valid driver's license and US Social Security Number required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Combined Med Surg/Post Partum unit in a women's hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• 12-week assignment length
• Provide nursing care across a combined Med Surg and Post Partum patient population
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• RTO requests must be less than one week
• Travelers who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered
