Servtech is seeking a reliability-focused custodian to support operations at a Federal installation. You will perform heavy cleaning, operate scrubbing equipment, and ensure clean, safe facilities for staff and visitors.

This role requires the ability to pass a federal background investigation, weekend/holiday availability, and adherence to safety and cleaning protocols.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and be able to read and follow work orders and signage.

• Position summary:
  This position is cumbent on employment on a Federal Installation in which the applicant must be able to
  pass a federal background investigation. Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy
  cleaning duties, such as Cleaning meat room, cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, waxing, buffing, burnishing floors, washing
  walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include performing routine custodial maintenance on
  machinery used in daily operations, notifying Servtech management of need for repairs. Individual may
  also be cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk. Operating large cleaning equipment such as scrubbing
  machines and propane buffers.
  Tasks:
  Cleaning Meat Room
  Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Strip and refinish floors.
  Operating scrub machines and propane buffers.
  Gather and empty trash. Collect and remove cardboard and compact cardboard using baler. Making
  cardboard bales and storing them.
  Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and
  squeegees.
  Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
  Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
  Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
  2 to three days a week Sanitizing and cleaning the Meat room.

and proper cleaning mixtures.-------------

Experience And Education: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)

SCHEDULE OF WORK

• Must be able to work weekends and Holidays.
• Must be able to work evening and night shifts to include graveyard shifts.
