Job summary

American Packaging Corporation is seeking a skilled maintenance technician for the DeForest, WI location. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, adjusting and maintaining manufacturing and ancillary equipment on a 7pm‑7am (2‑2‑3) schedule.

Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical and electronic systems is essential, along with a two‑year certificate in machining or electronics. Safety rules including LO/TO must be followed consistently.

Qualifications

• Two-year college/tech certificate in machining or electronics or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and perform standard tasks.
• Willingness to learn and improve troubleshooting and maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, adjust and maintain manufacturing and ancillary equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, adjust and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical and electronic systems.
• Use monitoring and testing equipment to facilitate troubleshooting, repairing, adjusting and maintaining equipment.
• Continue developing skills to troubleshoot, repair and maintain existing and new equipment.
• Follow LO/TO and electrical safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
