Job summary

Ferrara in Bellwood, IL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of Mechanics on night shift (5pm–5:30am). You will oversee daily work orders, coordinate project work, and support plant operations to keep equipment running safely and at peak performance. This role requires in-person presence, flexibility, and strong communication.

Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred. You will report to the Plant Manager and ensure compliance with GMP, safety policies, and OSHA rules while driving

Qualifications

• Experience in building or plant maintenance, preferably in a supervisor role.
• Capable of coordinating maintenance projects and supervising a team.
• Knowledge of GMP, safety policies and OSHA rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop a team of Mechanics, assigning daily work orders.
• Coordinate project work, equipment installation, and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure plant safety and peak equipment performance on a daily basis.
• Maintain documentation, generate reports, and drive maintenance improvements.
• Be on-call for emergencies and support cross-functional plant initiatives.
