Talented Medical Solutions in Missouri is seeking a travel LPN for a 13-week LTC assignment with an overnight schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
You will provide nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and document care, with every-other-weekend shifts and ASAP start.
This position offers guaranteed weekly hours and a solid opportunity to work within a collaborative healthcare team.
Formación
- Active LPN license valid for Missouri.
- Recent LTC or nursing home experience.
- Strong medication administration, assessment, and documentation.
Responsabilidades
- Provide nursing care to residents in LTC setting.
- Administer medications and treatments per orders and facility protocols.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and resident records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to support resident safety and quality of care.
