Job summary

Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks an LPN/RN Supervisor for the night shift (7P-7A). The role leads nursing staff, coordinates Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments, and ensures care plans are followed for geriatric residents. Evening supervision focuses on quality outcomes and collaboration with the medical team.

Requirements include a nursing degree and a current TN license (LPN/RN). Prior nursing home leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current TN license to practice as LPN/RN.
• Experience in nursing home leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments and activities in an assigned unit and shift.
• Ensure effective quality nursing care is delivered and aligns with care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and health care professionals to update plans of care.
• Maintain timely communication of treatment and assessment information.
