Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Springfield, MO is seeking an LPN to provide patient care on a medical floor specializing in pulmonary and respiratory conditions. You will use the nursing process to deliver quality care and coordinate with other departments to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires BLS, a current Missouri LPN license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and night shift hours from 18:30 to 07:00.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with licensure.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds and assist with patient movement.
• New or experienced LPNs accepted.
• Current LPN license in the state of practice; BLS required; LPN-IV certification preferred or completed within 3 months for Missouri.
