Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking an LPN to deliver bedside nursing care at Campbell County Jail, KY. You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document progress in SHP’s secure setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold an LPN license in Kentucky (KY).
• 2+ years of practical nursing experience preferred in a clinical or correctional setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care in a correctional environment.
• Monitor patient status, respond to emergencies, and administer medications per protocol.
• Complete assessments and document findings accurately in medical records.
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to SHP policies and state regulations.
