Job summary

Eagle Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a part-time night shift in Georgia. You will work with RNs, CNAs, and an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, person-centered care in a nonprofit, mission-driven setting.

Starting pay ranges from $26.25 to $29.50 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered to support your life and career growth.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible
• Compassionate, patient-centered care mindset
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliability and commitment to excellence
• Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
