Oxley Park Health & Rehab in Lyons, GA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Night shift to lead nursing care as Charge Nurse. The role requires coordinating with RNs and CNAs to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a non-profit, mission-driven setting.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and ensure accurate documentation while supervising CNAs and adhering to care plans and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible).
• A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
