Job summary

Serenity Hospice Care in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team for night shift, 7 PM to 8 AM, providing 1:1 care for patients. You will deliver compassionate, professional nursing in a home- or facility-based setting and follow established care plans.

The ideal candidate holds a valid NJ LPN license; hospice experience is a plus. A valid driver’s license with auto insurance and reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in NJ.
• Hospice experience is a plus.
• Driver's license with auto insurance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in the location as needed.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Follow care plans and deliver the highest level of care.
• Document medical information as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate with families and patients.
