The National Hotel Miami Beach, an iconic, adults-only luxury property on South Beach, is seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention Officer. You will help ensure guest safety, protect property, and uphold hotel standards while coordinating with colleagues to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include enforcing policies, responding to emergencies, monitoring surveillance, and conducting inspections and investigations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year security officer experience in a luxury hotel.
• Proficient in English; additional languages a plus.
• Knowledge of security procedures and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Enforce hotel rules, policies and standards.
• Protect hotel property and guests.
• Respond to medical emergencies.
• Monitor video surveillance and access controls.
• Complete security reports promptly.
• Conduct daily security inspections and patrols.
• Escort personnel during currency transfers.
• Assist guests with directions and disabilities.
