Job summary

Riteway Transportation and Logistics LLC, an Amazon Freight Partner, is hiring for a Part-Time Class A CDL driver for local night routes based out of Romeoville, IL. You will haul Amazon freight using modern equipment and work night shifts.

Competitive pay $26-$30 per hour with benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision, and paid time off. Must pass DOT/background/drug tests and have at least one year of CDL experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A).
• Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience preferred.
• Experience with docking, backing, and trailer maneuevering is required.
• Must pass DOT Physical, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to speak/read/write English.
• No CDL suspension or revocation; clean MVR and DAC report.
• Comfortable using handheld tech and GPS apps.
• Night shifts including weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Haul Amazon loads using state-of-the-art equipment for local routes out of Romeoville, IL.
• Operate local routes with night shifts (6:00 PM–12:00 AM).
• Perform backings, docking, and trailer maneuvers safely and efficiently.
• Transport freight between Amazon facilities while maintaining schedule adherence.
• Play a key role in safety, reliability and on-time delivery.
