Job summary

Southern NH Medical Center in Nashua, NH is hiring a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for night shifts from 7p to 7a, 32 hours per week. This role supports cardiovascular, respiratory and other care teams on 4 East, and offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time LNA hires.

As part of the Patient Care Services team, LNAs assist with ADLs, maintain safety, document data and help coordinate patient flow within the unit. Active NH licensure and LNA program completion are required.

Qualifications

• Completed LNA program and active NH licensure.
• Basic medical terminology understood.
• EMR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• ADL's and patient care assistance.
• Maintain a safe patient care environment.
• Prepare and maintain patient records with appropriate data elements.
• Collect and document basic patient care information as delegated.
