Job summary

Rocky Brands, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate in Sparks, NV to manage induction to delivery and ensure timely sorting of daily waves, coordinating with leads to maintain accurate order sequences.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (or related experience), basic computer skills, and the ability to stand for long periods. The role pays $22.50/hr with a 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 6 months related experience or training.
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended periods.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and complete tasks.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to read, write and solve math problems.
• Able to interpret, understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage induction to delivery.
• Induct daily waves, so they can be processed to the sorter.
• Work with leads and supervisors to make sure product is sorted in order and on time.
• Identify and correct order discrepancies.
