Medline Industries, LP — MedTrans is seeking a Line Haul Driver to operate a ClassA tractor‑trailer on hub‑to‑hub routes, ensuring timely movement of lifesaving medical products across the MedTrans network. You will load, secure, and transfer trailers, coordinate with dispatch, and maintain safety and compliance during nightly routes from Tolleson, AZ.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, a clean driving record, and minimum 2 years experience.

Qualifications

Must meet all Federal and State requirements for the operation of commercial motor vehicles.
Must have a clean driving record with no serious violations.
Meets MedTrans Driver Selection, Retention and Hiring Guidelines, including pre-placement drug test and background check.
Ability to operate MedTrans equipment and vehicles as needed for the job.
Professional communication skills and reliability in working with dispatch and facility teams.

Responsibilities

Operate ClassA tractor‑trailers on defined line‑haul routes between Medline facilities with on‑time performance targets.
Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and follow safety procedures; comply with DOT/FMCSA requirements.
Load, secure, and exchange trailers and product as required for efficient runs.
Communicate with dispatch regarding route progress, delays, safety issues, and adjustments needed.
Complete required documentation with accuracy and maintain compliance with MedTrans policies.
