Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an approved phlebotomy training program or one year proven experience in hospital, reference, or physician office lab required.

Responsibilities

• Provides phlebotomy expertise, decision making, and problem solving based on knowledge of phlebotomy procedures.
• Performs collection, receipt in computer, processing, and delivery of patient specimens for tests performed by the laboratory.
