Job summary

Shift is 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM with 3 hours per shift. You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with unit leadership, assess and plan care, prioritize needs, and coordinate with the health team.

Qualifications

• Labor and Delivery experience
• Postpartum experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to laboring patients.
• Collaborate with unit leadership to follow nursing scope and standards.
• Assess patients and families, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Prioritize patient care and develop patient-centered care plans.
• Coordinate care with other health disciplines; act as a resource to peers.
• Floating may be required to other departments; scheduling varies by unit needs.
