Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) in Tempe, AZ is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member for evening shift. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with Mon-Fri 5pm–9am shifts and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced facility services team.

You will clean rooms, restrooms, windows, floors, and common areas following safety procedures; lift up to 49 pounds; and use KBSPresence for timekeeping. Benefits include limited medical insurance and 401(k) after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Stand and walk up to 10-12 hours.
• Read and interpret safety rules in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs work according to standard procedure and by building's operational schedule.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area.
• Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the customer and team member restrooms (includes cleaning and policing as needed).
• Complete sweep logs, as directed.
• Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
• Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
