Job summary

Contract Services Group, Inc in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a reliable janitor to maintain cleanliness across our facilities. You will gather trash, mop and vacuum floors, restock restrooms, and report any maintenance or safety issues as they arise.

DailyPay is available to team members, with compensation in the hourly range shown below. Applicants should be comfortable with physical activity, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and available for weekends or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to operate janitorial tools and cleaning solutions.

Responsibilities

Compensation Range: $20.87- $21.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather and empty trash; empty all trash cans and replace receptacle liners as needed
• Reporting maintenance or safety issues
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Service clean or supply restrooms; sanitize and restock supplies
• Additional duties as requested by management

Requirements of the Janitor:

• Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the janitorial cleaning industry
• Ability to operate and use janitorial tools, equipment, cleaning compounds, and solutions
• Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, walking, stooping, handling, and moving objects up to 50 pounds
• Use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment at all times
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Availability for weekends and/or holidays may be required
