Job summary

Domino's is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain precise inventory accountability, perform daily cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies. The role emphasizes FIFO rotation, replenishment of pick locations, and compliance with SOPs and 5S standards.

The successful candidate will operate RF scanners and SAP in a warehouse environment, hold forklift certification, and be available for a 12am–8:30am shift on a 5-on/2-off schedule. Cross-training in other areas is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an inventory role (SAP experience preferred).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP, RF scanners, and MS Office.
• Ability to operate PIT equipment and maintain certifications.
• 24/7 shift availability, including weekends/holidays.
• Forklift/pallet jack certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts for pick and reserve bins and reconcile variances.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and provide corrective actions.
• Maintain FIFO rotation to minimize waste and protect product quality.
• Replenish pick locations to support outbound operations.
• Assist with outbound shipments: pick, pack, and verify Bills of Lading.
• Support loading of trucks and customer pickups as needed.
• Adhere to SOPs, safety policies, and 5S practices.
• Participate in monthly/quarterly/yearly physical inventories.
