Job summary

Schneider National in Mesquite, TX is seeking experienced intermodal drivers to haul freight containers on company-owned chassis. This role features 100% no-touch freight with drop-and-hook options and night shifts within roughly 200 miles of Mesquite, TX.

You will receive a $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus holiday pay, and an annual bonus of up to 3% of gross pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
• Night driving on this account is required.
• HazMat and tanker endorsements strongly preferred.
• Live within 50 miles of Mesquite, TX and have at least 3 months of Class A experience.

Responsibilities

• Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
• Operate at railyards within 200 miles of Mesquite, TX.
• Drive during night shifts and comply with safety regulations.
• Utilize intermodal equipment and complete documentation as required.
