Job summary

Elliot Health System is seeking an ICU/Intermediate Care Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join the Critical Care Service line in Manchester, NH. The overnight triad includes two advanced practice providers and one intensivist from 1700-0700, with minimum 2 years of acute care experience.

Responsibilities include primary management of IMC patients, admissions/transfers, nightly rounds, and thorough documentation in the EMR, plus QA/QI activities as directed by the Medical Director.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an Acute Care setting.
• Role supports ICU/Intermediate Care on overnight coverage.
• Experience with critical care workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients in the IMC (ICU/Intermediate Care)
• # Participate in admissions and transfers to the service and consultative evaluation.
• # Participate in nightly team-based rounds.
• # Documentation in the electronic medical record.
• # Engage in Critical Care QA/QI activities as requested by the Medical Director.
