Lee Health in Southwest Florida is seeking a Critical Care ICU Advanced Practice Provider (PA/ACNP) for night shifts to join our ICU teams. This role is based at Lee Memorial Hospital, Cape Coral Hospital or Gulf Coast Medical Center and offers collaboration with experienced physicians and nurses in a high-acuity environment.

As a nonprofit system, we provide dedicated CME time and funding, a relocation package, malpractice Tail Coverage, and a comprehensive retirement plan.

Responsibilities

• Join our busy Critical Care ICU as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Acute Care APN (ACNP) for night shift.
• Provide advanced critical care services and collaborate with the ICU team at Lee Health hospitals.
• Be based at Lee Memorial Hospital, Cape Coral Hospital or Gulf Coast Medical Center.
