The Iowa Clinic in Des Moines, IA is seeking a full-time Nocturnal Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hospitalist APP Team. You will perform hospital admissions, provide first call for Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Cardiology, and Hematology-Oncology patients, and respond to the needs of all hospitalized patients.

This role features a 7-on, 7-off schedule with shifts from 4:30pm to 4:30am or 6:00pm to 6:00am.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• ARNP or PA-C required.
• Previous experience in Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, or Med-Surg strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform hospital admissions and provide first call for Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Cardiology and Hematology-Oncology patients.
• Respond to the needs of hospitalized patients and coordinate care with the team.
