Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare programs with appropriate licensure and certifications.
• Current BLS certification from recognized organizations.
• Valid state licensure and active certification as required for the specialty.
• Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient diagnoses, treatment, education, and referrals while serving as a clinical resource and role model for practitioners and students.
• Assist leadership in planning, organizing, and implementing APP activities to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Perform histories, physical exams, ordering tests, and developing care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, educate patients and families, and support interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain current licensure, certifications, and adhere to policies, regulations, and standards.
• Demonstrate leadership, effective communication, patient-centered behaviors, and knowledge of organizational policies.
• Participate in professional development, quality improvement, and compliance activities.
