Qualifications

• Graduate of a CCNE accredited nursing program with Master’s Degree.
• National Certification by one of the recognized APRN Certification Centers.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• Certification by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants required.

Responsibilities

• Manages hospitalist inpatient APP personnel to ensure patient care needs.
• Functions as a staff role model promoting cooperative problem solving.
• Assists in the development and implementation of educational programs.
• Maintains effective communication with Medical Staff and other departments.
• Plans, organizes, implements, and evaluates the delivery of care.
