Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our inpatient Hospitalist team in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on inpatient, high-quality patient care within an open ICU setting and collaborative specialty support.

The ideal candidate will have hospitalist experience, strong communication skills, and a patient-centered approach. Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Inpatient hospitalist experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care as part of AdventHealth's hospitalist program.
• Cover night shifts (7pm–7am) on a 7 on/7 off schedule.
• Collaborate with ICU and specialty teams; open ICU with specialist support.
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care to admitted patients.
