Job summary

Indiana University Health Medial Group in Bloomington, IN is seeking a nocturnist hospitalist to join a stable team at the newly built IU Health Bloomington hospital. The role features 12-hour night shifts with a 7 on/14 off schedule and opportunities to work with medical students and a new IM residency program beginning in 2026.

Qualifications

• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine BE/BC.
• Physician licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Care includes med-surg, PCU and ICU levels; codes are mandatory; procedures include intubation and central line.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines and ancillaries for admissions and discharges.
• Work with medical students and a new IM residency program starting in 2026.
