Job summary

The successful candidate will follow SOPs, maintain clean work areas, operate cleaning equipment, and assist in orienting new employees as directed. Strong organization, energy, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of manufacturing cleaning experience.
• 6 months to 1 year of advanced cleaning skills (hard floor and carpet maintenance).
• Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking) preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Effective time management and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Follow all SOPs and perform daily/periodic cleaning tasks as directed.
• Maintain neat, organized work areas including closets and storage areas.
• Keep cleaning equipment in good condition and report repairs.
• Ensure proper supply levels and adhere to safety practices.
• Assist in training new employees and support security procedures.
• Clean general areas, restrooms, floors, and waste containers.
