Job summary

Mygrant Glass Company Inc is seeking a Night CMV (Non-CDL) Driver in Oak Creek, WI. You will handle evening deliveries, load/unload glass inventories, and ensure accurate shipments while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, proper documentation, and teamwork with branch staff to meet delivery schedules and protect product quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CMV/DOT Medical Card required.
• 2+ years driving or delivery experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Be organized, detail oriented, accurate, and adaptable to warehouse environments.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Availability for evening delivery routes.
• Unload inventory from arriving vehicles and inspect for damage.
• Pick correct product and quantities for orders and transfers.
• Load racks and trucks with glass and ensure timely deliveries.
• Process payments and input data into ordering system.
• Safely operate the delivery vehicle up to 26,000 pounds.
• Complete logs and documentation.
• Interact with customers during delivery and will-call.
• Maintain branch appearance and clean warehouse areas.
• Follow safety protocols and cooperate with team leaders.
