Target is hiring a Fulfillment Expert in Orlando. You’ll work in a fast-paced, active retail environment handling order pickup, drive-up, and shipping duties while delivering exceptional guest service.

You’ll greet guests, assist with needs, and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability to technology, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

• Resolve guest questions immediately.
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable about tools and services to solve issues for guests and improve their experience.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their needs when help is needed.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Select items for order pickup, drive up and ship to home for digital orders.
• Accurately place on hold all order pickup and drive-up orders.
• Prepare, pack and sort guest orders for shipment using correct materials.
• Deliver quality and accuracy with each order while meeting timeliness goals.
• Maintain workspace and supplies; keep equipment and areas organized.
• Follow safety guidelines and quality standards; handle food safety if applicable.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work safely; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive up with compliance.
• All other duties based on business needs.
