Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members, process check-ins, tours and sign-ups, and help with front desk duties to ensure a welcoming experience.

You will handle member questions, schedule tours, assist with account updates, and escalate issues to the Club Manager as needed. A friendly, customer-focused approach and basic computer skills are required to thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members and provide a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk duties: answer calls, take info calls and tours, assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services questions and forward to the Club Manager/leadership as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
