Qualifications

• Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Adherence to safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, and consolidate products.
• Perform manual case picking and other material handling tasks.
• Replenish inventory and maintain product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment including palletizing, wrapping, and staging.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with teammates to achieve daily productivity targets.
• Adhere to OSHA safety requirements and PPE protocols.
