DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Forklift Operator for the Night Shift in Dover, DE. The role requires stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and may involve cold storage environments. You will receive a $1 shift premium on top of $19.70 per hour and work on a rotating day schedule after orientation.

In addition to operating forklifts, you will participate in New Hire Orientation and on-site training. Benefits include medical coverage, PTO, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and strong career

Competenze

• Forklift certification or training completed within 30 days of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• Six months forklift operation experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using forklifts or power equipment (80% of shift).
• Pull and prepare products for shipment with exact counts and types.
• Keep records for inventory accuracy and comply with OSHA/ MSDS standards.
• Verify load accuracy, stability, and damage; report variances.
• Change batteries or LP tanks and monitor power sources as needed.
• Maintain neat, clean, and orderly equipment and area.
• Assist in physical inventories and daily equipment inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
