Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator for night shift in Lebanon, Indiana.

You will operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move products, load and unload trailers, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse following the 7S standards. The role requires certification in safe forklift operation, ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, and at least 1 year of warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Must be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move product, equipment and materials
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy
• Load and unload trailers as needed
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times
• Display a commitment to process excellence
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy
• Perform inbound receiving processes
