Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Night Shift Forklift Operator in Midway, AL to support our warehouse operations. This role involves operating powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move product, load and unload trailers, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

You will work the 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and process excellence while contributing to our fast-paced supply chain solutions. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be trained and certified in safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed.
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials.
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy.
• Load and unload trailers as needed.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times.
• Display a commitment to process excellence.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy.
• Perform inbound receiving processes.
