ES3 is a leading third-party logistics provider seeking a reliable Tower Loader to join our York, PA team. You will load pallets, operate forklifts, and ensure efficient trailer loading while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Loading experience using forklifts and pallet jack.
• Strong commitment to safety and following SOPs.
• Team-oriented with a community focus.
• Willingness to follow all material handling SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Load full pallets into trailers and prevent damage.
• Move merchandise using forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or clamps.
• Inspect trailers for damage before loading.
• Verify pallet loading with RF handhelds or voice systems.
• Wrap pallets with stretch wrap and maintain clean work areas.
• Maintain a fast pace to prevent truck backlog.
• Perform basic equipment inspections and related forms.
• Assist with safety and load weight checks as needed.
