Job summary

SURGE Staffing in Henderson, NV is hiring a Forklift Operator/Bin Repair for the night shift. You will inspect, repair, and maintain bins to keep them safe and ready for use, and provide forklift support to move materials and assist with daily warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and hands-on repair ability in a fast-paced industrial setting. Prior forklift operation and repair experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bin repair or related industrial experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and safe tool use.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow written and verbal safety instructions and JSA.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect bins to identify damage and repairs needed.
• Repair damaged bins per procedures and safety guidelines.
• Follow JSA and safety requirements during repairs.
• Ensure repaired bins meet quality and safety standards.
• Operate a forklift to move and position bins and materials.
• Assist with moving and organizing bins around the facility.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Report damaged equipment and safety concerns to supervision.
• Complete required documentation and communicate issues.
• Follow all PPE policies and company safety rules.
• Support additional warehouse and production tasks as needed.
