Job summary

Hillcrest HealthCare System in Owasso, OK is seeking a night-shift, full-time Emergency Room RN to join the team. You will assess, plan, implement, and document patient care for diverse ER patients while delivering high-quality care in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma or applicable multi-state RN license upon hire.
• ADN or BSN required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• ACLS within 30 days of hire.
• PALS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care activities per hospital standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge to provide age-appropriate care for the unit's patient population.
• Plan and modify the care plan to deliver efficient, effective patient care as described in policies.
• Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and delegate tasks as appropriate.
