As a Veterinary Technician Supervisor, you will mentor non-DVM staff, coordinate training, and partner with leadership to maintain a collaborative, high‑performing environment focused on exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a mentor and clinical resource for non-DVM team members by modeling strong work habits, demonstrating effective clinical skills, and applying sound business judgment.
• Coach team members to proactively anticipate and address patient and client needs while recognizing when to seek support for complex or stressful situations.
• Partner with hospital leadership to plan and facilitate Technician and Veterinary Assistant team meetings.
• Coordinate training schedules and development opportunities for Patient Care team members.
• Identify workplace concerns or conflicts and partner with leadership to support timely and effective resolution.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback, collaborating with leadership to develop and implement performance improvement plans when needed.
• Support a positive, collaborative, and high-performing clinical environment through effective communication, teamwork, and accountability.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
