Job summary

Kohler Co. in Huntsville, AL is seeking an Electromechanic Maintenance Technician I for nights on a 2-2-3 rotation (7 pm–7 am). You will learn and support essential maintenance tasks across production and distribution areas, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Training is provided to develop hands-on skills and reliability. The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, reading drawings, and forklift familiarity, plus a commitment to safe lifting and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Associate’s degree in Electro‑Mechanical technology or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read simplified dimensional drawings and apply basic technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform maintenance tasks with hands-on guidance from experienced team members.
• Assist with obtaining materials and delivering parts for repair.
• Support with moving and assembling production equipment and maintaining tools.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in housekeeping programs.
